Visitors have a unique opportunity to see chimpanzees in semi-wild enclosures. The chimps show normal social interaction and behavioral patterns despite their traumatic backgrounds as pets, entertainment animals and victims of the bushmeat trade. The enclosures also have viewpoints overlooking the forest and ‘foraging areas’ These areas provide the chimps with endless hours of fun, safe from human intervention and positively reinforce their natural behavior. Come and join us for a tour to meet humans closest relative, see their unique personalities and learn how we can all work together to save these animals from extinction!
