JGI SA Roots & Shoots continues to be involved in a number of community projects, under the able guidance of National Coordinator Candice Segal. Roots & Shoots is the youth programme developed by Dr. Jane Goodall to educate and inspire youth around the globe about three main principles: care of the land, care of animals and care of people. Many of the projects in which Roots & Shoots SA is involved are in desperate need of support.
